Ruby is the owner of the Saattvik Dhaba, Rakesh Sharma is the chef and Ruby’s father. As a father and daughter duo that will bring you the authentic taste. As the owner of Saattvik Cafe, my goal is to bring back local street food and home style authentic Indian recipes. Everything is made fresh and made everyday. We invite you to come and taste. Since we opened we added many unique items in our menu like Chingari Soy Chaap, Delhi Style Choley Bhutrey, Pizza Paranthas, Mango Sago, Garlic Cheese Pizza Sandwiches and many more!

Saattvik, new Indian Cafe, opened in Fremont, CA in May 2020. After a year of careful planning and hardwork.
