Hi, I am Ruby and cooking is my passion. As the owner of Saattvik Cafe, my goal is to bring back local street food and home style authentic Indian recipes. Everything is made fresh and made everyday and my goal is not to repeat my menu dishes.

Saattvik, new Indian Cafe, opened in Fremont, CA in May 2020. After a year of careful planning and hardwork.

We make daily 1-2 items without onion and garlic. Please check with us before ordering.
